The cookie was created with the following Organic ingredients: GF All-Purpose Flour, Vegetable Shortening or Coconut Oil, Vegan Eggs , Granulated Sugar, Unsweetened Dark, Cacao Nibs, Light Brown Sugar,  Xanthan Gum, Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract, and Pink Himalayan Salt.
 
The glaze was created with the following Organic ingredients: Powdered Sugar, Vegan Meringue Powder, Cream of Tartar, Tapioca Syrup, Water, and Natural Food Coloring.
